How To Setup Billing Payment On New Facebook Account With Ads Manager
In our first chapter on Facebook advertising, we’ll talk about setting up your Facebook Business Manager account and Facebook Ads Manager account.
By the end of this chapter, you should be all set and ready to use Facebook Ads to market your products or services.
Business Manager is a tool designed to be your central hub on Facebook to manage all your Facebook Pages and ad accounts.
To open a Facebook Business Manager account, you must first register for a personal Facebook account.

To add a Facebook page to your business manager, go to the Business Manager home page, click More Tools in the sidebar, and select Business Settings.

Billing on Facebook depends on how you choose to pay for your ads. Most payment options fall into two camps.
Auto-pay is pay-as-you-go and easy to understand, because you get paid every day for whatever you spend on advertising that day.
Billing limit amounts vary based on your billing history. When you start out, this limit is very low (usually $25) and you’ll be charged every time you spend $25 on Facebook ads. As you accurately track your expenses and payments, your limit will automatically increase.
