How To Add An Email Signature In Outlook [1 Min Guide]

When you start typing an email in Outlook, the signature is automatically inserted in the body of the email according to the rules configured on the client side (Figure 1). For example, new messages will have different signatures and replies/forwards will have different signatures. The web plugin uses Microsoft’s newest event-based activation feature to fully automate the process of adding signatures (no need to run the plugin first).
